With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The Reacto has always been a class leading aero bike, combining state of the art aerodynamics with rider comfort.
The latest generation incorporated wider tyres for increased comfort, but adding wider tyres resulted in aerodynamic compromises, so a myriad of small improvements were required to over-compensate.
In the World Tour, no area can be ignored. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was used to model virtual wind tunnel performance, guiding the changes which offered the most aerodynamic benefit.
The Reacto CF5 needs just 209 watts effort for 45 km/h speed.
All Reacto models have powerful hydraulic disc brakes with chainstay mounted calipers for better brake force dissipation. The flat mount standard keeps everything neat whilst sitting calipers on CNC'd aluminium Disc Cooler fins helps reduce operating temperatures by up to 35%.
